Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Aryan Duty's Middle Name With the sky a bright blue and a soft, coold breeze floating along the area, café coffee was a bit crowded, as everyone wanted to sit out on the terrass, while the others were left to sit inside.
Kveld sat at one of the outside tables, pushed back against the wall, with the vacant chair positioned in the shadows. It was for Sarah, if she decided to show up, or it would stay vacant. Laying on the ground beside Kveld, was Aryan, the little wolf pup easliy passing for a halfbreed, at least for now. "Whatca ye doin' Aryan?" the werewolf questioned the wolf pup, as he watched him trying to get away from him and chase something down the road.
Sitting at the end of the alleyway near café coffee, was a cat. It was almost like she was taunting Aryan, while the wolf pup was falling for the cat's playful tail wagging and sitting there licking it's paw like it didn't care. "Leave it, lad. Dere be nothin' dere but trouble," he said, taking a drink of the coffee on the table and leaning back, stretching out to look past the overhang, at the sky. "Pretty day . . . . Now all we be needin' be a pretty lassie," he growled low under his breath, but went back to waiting for either Sarah to join him, or bordom to send him packing. [/blockquote]

Sarah Mayburn
So much more...
Talia
My claws hurt more than my bite
Talia slowley edged along the roofing of the many buildings around the cafe, Sarah had asked her to watch the werewolf and stupidly Talia had agreed. She hadn't thought about how she wanted to jump up and attack the man everytime she catched a whiff of his scent. Or how the wolf's antics irritated her. She had just come back after telling Sarah that he was waiting for her and stupid Sarah had come along as well. The child was going to get herself killed.
Finally she jumped down to stand next to Sarah, she lurked in the shadows waiting for the approaching spring rain to hit, it would give her enough cover to get to the shop. If the clouds didn't cover the sun she would probably be stuck there for a while. She stared at the blue sky and then looked at the storm clouds. It would take them a long time before they reached. So they had a long wait ahead.
Sarah turned to lean with her back against the wall, this wasn't fun, maybe she should just go back. She could talk to Kveld another time. She dug in her pocket for a piece of paper and a pen. She eyed him and heard what he said under his breath before beggining
May I ask what you want Kveld? Sarah
She then handed Talia the paper and pointed to Kveld, she was a smart cat, she would get it. Take the paper to him so he can reply. She then turned up the alley and hid herself appropriately. She didn't like the sun.
Talia angrily took the paper, she wanted to go and sleep, but noooo. Sarah had her exchanging notes. She approached the table and swiftly jumped up and stared at Kveld. Stupid werewolf scent. She dropped the paper and just sat there waiting for him to reply so she could continue her highly hated part of messenger. She didn't like the wolf pup either. He would probably understand her if she talked to him, but she wasn't going too now was she?

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Aryan Duty's Middle Name Kveld set his chair back down, about the time Aryan went balistic, growling and yipping up a storm, drawing attention to them, causing Kveld to let out a short growl, instantly quieting the wolf pup. There, sitting in the center of the table was a cat, seemingly the cause of Aryan's random insanity attack. "Yer goin' tae be gettin' yerself killed, kitten," Kveld said, even as he reached for the note.
May I ask what you want Kveld? Sarah [/center] He chuckeld, reading the note, about to tell the cat to tell Sarah what he wanted but decided that he didn't know enough about cats and vampires to give the cat a message. "Take me tae her, kitten," he growled, aready standing and taking Aryan's leash. The pup was still way too young to walk around freely, but in time Kveld wouldn't need the leash and Aryan would become the wolf that he was meant to be. "If ye be likin' yer coat," he growled, hand resting on the tables, clawed tips lightly cutting grooves into the metal.[/size][/blockquote]

Talia My claws hurt more than my bite
Talia sat where she was and stared at the werewolf, if she could talk she would hve said, 'hurt her and I will hurt you' well the only problem with that was she had no idea how she was planning on hurting him. She jumped off the table and hurriedly skuttled away, if he could keep up then he could see Sarah. She exited the cafe and turned down the dark alley. Hoping he had not been able to keep up, but it had been a short distance and her was a werewolf.
'Hey Talia' Sarah said softly as the cat approached her. She ran her hand through the fur on the cats back before loking at her suspiciusly. 'What? No reply?' The cat was getting on her nerves a bit, always trying to keep her away from Kveld.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Aryan Duty's Middle Name Shaking his head, Kveld glanced down at Aryan, who was intently watching the cat run through the cafe to to alleyway. "Shall we go see oar Mistress?" he questioned, knowing good and well what it meant to pledge his pack open to a vampire. He would have to talk with her and the rest of the pack, or something would happen and it wouldn't be pretty.
Moving through the cafe, Kveld started to turn into the alleyway, but stopped as he caught sight of red hair flashing off to his left. Glancing in that direction, he let out a short growl, hoping beyond hope that is wasn't who he thought it was tracking him.
"Nice name for a kitten, Talia," Kveld growled as he entered the shadows. Aryan pulled at his leash, wither to get at the cat, or to Sarah, he didn't know, but he wasn't about to let him. "How 'rre ye, lassie?" he questioned. [/blockquote]

"good and you Kveld" Sarah said smiling slightly. She reached out to Aryan, hoping he wouldn't snap. She would let him smell her before she got any closer or attempted to pat him. "So what graces me with your presence once again today?"
Talia was sitting on one of the roof tops, listening to the conversation half-heartedly. The sun was nice today and it made her feel all warm and fuzzy inside when she lay in it.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Aryan Duty's Middle Name Kveld rolled his shoulders, trying to rid himself of the feeling that he was being watched. "As well as a werewolf can be in de city," he shrugged, simply glancing up to the cat that had led him to Sarah. "I see ye have ye a friend . . . . Cute," he growled, the sound almost coming out as a purr.
Aryan yipped as Sarah reached out to him, actually jerking the leash from Kveld's hand and running to the vampire. He lunged and kind of tackled her legs. It was good that he was still small, cause if he had been any bigger, it could have taken Sarah down and possibly hurt her. The wolf pup licked at anything that he could get to, mostly Sarah's legs and outstretched hand.
Kveld just chuckled as he watched the wolf pup. "Looks like de lad likes ye, lassie," he stated, grinning, while glancing over his shoudler. Something wasn't right, ice blue orbs seemed to be following him everywhere he went. [/blockquote]

Squatting Sarah took the pups face in her hands and proceeded to stroke him. She loved the feeling of his fur. Not soft but not rough either. Wolf fur. At that moment she wished she wasn't a vampire, it would have been so much easier in so many ways, she wished she had become a werewolf, or even a human because then she would be able to feel the sunlight on her skin without fear of shining like a beacon.
So why doesn't the werewolf go and take a hike? She said jokingly, as much to cheer herself up as to fool around. She hoped her mask wasn't letting any of her emotion through. She didn't want questions. He is very irritating though... She looked up at Talia, the she-cat basking joyfully in the sun. It tore her heart slightly. You still havn't answered my question Kveld. She said, Scratching behind Aryan's ear.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Aryan Duty's Middle Name Aryan practially crawled in Sarah's lap, causing Kveld to growl, which in turn caused Aryan to lower his ears and place his tail between his legs. The wolf pup looked back over his shoulder, giving Kveld the 'I-sorry-father,' look that even Kveld couldn't just sit there and not go awe.
Kveld sighed and nodded to Sarah. "A hike sounds good . . . . Care tae join us?" he questioned, even as his cell phone rang, not really causing him to do much other than pull it out, look at the screen, and then press a button, causing silence to return once more. "What do ye say, lassie? Care tae join twa wolves on a hike?" he asked, causing Aryan's tail to begin wagging once more. He was avoiding her question, at least until he could get her awy from everyone and talk to her.
The wolf pup turned his puppy blue orbs back on Sarah, tongue slightly hanging out, as if asking 'Please come with us.' [/blockquote]

"hmmmm, okay" She stood up and gave Aryan one last pat. "Meet you there?" She began to scan the path ahead, making sure there were enough shadows for her to stick too. She then turned back to Kveld and smiled. "Does it only have to be a hike? Or could we go see a few animals as well?"

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Aryan Duty's Middle Name Watching as Sarah started to move away toward the shadows, Kveld only could nod as the vampire girl asked about seeing some animals. "Only if ye see de weaker ones," he stated, picking up Aryan's leash and moving out of the alleyway. After paying his bill at the cafe, he would meet up with Sarah at the forest.
In Kveld's pocket, his phone started ringing once more. Pausing at the table, he opened the phone and hit the 'accept' button. Putting the phone to his ear, he could hear a soft breathing on the other end, then a smooth, sexy voice. "Hello, my Alpha. Interested in a hunt?"
Growling, Kvled simply hung up the phone, glancing over his shoudler to see if Sarah was still around. Maybe a hike/hunt wouldn't be such a good idea. [/blockquote]
