Sarah Mayburn So much moreSo much for waiting for her answer, but she didn't really mind. She for once wanted to let some one else just take over for a bit. She was tired of been in charge, not sleep tired though. Just the tired where she wanted to rest, have a bit of fun. Chill, like when she used to be human.
She went to sit on the futon when they got inside and she just sat there looking at Kveld before she spoke. Why do you care so much?

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Reaching his apartment, Kveld set Sarah down, moving to shut the door, when he heard her ask him a question.
"Why do you care so much?"
He growled, but turned and leaned against the door, running a single hand through his hair. "Did I not offer you a position of safety within my werewolf pack?" he growled/asked. He was still too pumped from the boched hunt to be normal. "You could say that I signed myself to you when I made that statement, so I more your guardian than your Alpha . . . . You hold my life in my hands, and that is why I care," he stated, knowing it wasn't the true reason. Could he have started to care for this vampiric girl so quickly? Or was it simply duty that called him to stay.
Shaking his head, he pushed off the door and started down into the kitchen. "I'm ordering pizza. You may have the pizza boy, just don't finish him off. Jerry's a good kid," he growled. "Or if that is such a private matter . . . . . . You may take the blood from me . . . . If you can stomach it," he growled, not one-hundred percent sure why he offered his blood over a living humans. It wasn't like him to offer his neck to anyone, much less a fifteen year old made-vampire.
He reached for the phone, starting to dial the number. [/blockquote]

Sarah Mayburn So much moreIts fine, I'm actually not that hungryShe said shuddering a the thought of having human blood. She turned to look at Kveld after his comment of him offering her his blood and then just felt ill. She was definatly not hungry anymore. She sat waiting till he was finished placing his order.
And anyway I didn't mean it like that...well I did but...like I have known you for what five days? You didn't even know what kind of a vampire I was when you asked if I wanted to be part of the pack...I mean I could have been like Kindler? She pulled her legs up to her chest and sat back on the futon looking at him, she suddenly felt very small and insignificant but still she carried on. I could have killed you when you brought me back to your apartment on the first night...you could have killed me when you found out what I was. You could have let Kindler take me...why did you do it. What made me so important to you?
She stood up and walked over to him, and leaned over the counter watching him, You know I could have killed you She whispered remembering the first night, she had been hungry and weirdly enough his scent had been...somewhat tantalisng. I wanted too She whispered, her face getting a bit of a serious look. She remembered how badly she had wanted his blood. The main reason she had run, the main reason she hadn't stayed in his apartment that night. Though now it all seemed a bit of a memory. His scent was now something she craved slightly, like a drug.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Hanging up the phone, Kveld turned and put his weight on his left hip and he leaned against the counter and listened to Sarah speak. Her words seemed so far away, yet she was standing right infront of her. It was the same with anyone who threatened his life, but Kveld pushed the thoughts away. She was standing infront of him, not slashing his throat and drinking his blood.
"I mean I could have been like Kindler?" [/center] She said, as if it mattered. Yet it did, in a strange way. "Let me tell ye a little story . . . . dat may oar may na have anything tae da with ye," he started, waving his hand to the small kitchen table behind her, while he would stay standing. "A couple of months aga," he started, barely glancing at her, while looking mostly out of the window. "I was sittin' at a bar, drinkin', when some lone werewolves caught me scent. I was alone, and dey dought I was easy pickin'. De biggest werewolf challenged me tae a fight, one dat would end wid one of us dead. I accepted de lad's terms, wid no dought tae me life oar wha would be mornin' me if I died. De werewolves and I went out intae de forest, deep enough tae where oar howls wouldnae be questioned.
"Dere was a fight, one dat should have lasted longer, but de friends of me opponent gae antsy, cause I was winnin', and dey jumped me, turnin' de tables far deir friend. I was hurt, but nae enough tae kill me. I remember hittin' de ground hard, but me sense of smell has never left me. De scent dat woke me was sweet, almost angelic, while deir was no angle before me, just a frightened lassie, with a tint of blood mingled wid her scent."He paused for a moment, breathing in, his nostrils flaring as he took in Sarah's scent. "Dat same scent stands before me, now," he whispered, eyes slowly opening, has he hadn't known he had closed them. "Ye were de one dat stopped de werewovles from killin' me. Dat be de reason dat I offered me pack, but more so . . . . Me. As yer guardian, since ye protected me."He stood, leaning against the counter, as he waited for Sarah to speak, or smack him. He wasn't sure which one he would have expected more. Nut his antsiness got the better of him and he pushed himself off the counter. "I be goin' tae get me a shower. Answer de door when de pizza gets 'ere," he said, pulling his wallet out and laying it on the dinning table, before disappearing down the hall and into his bedroom.[/size][/blockquote]

Sarah Mayburn So much moreOkay she said as he walked off towards the hallway. She sighed and went to go and sit and watch a bit of TV till the pizza came. She actually didn't have any idea what to do anyway besides watch TV. She had actually wanted to say something back but she had no idea what to say. Aparently she had saved his life, though what made her a bit confused was how he had described her scent. She wasn't an angel, so how could her scent be angelic. She was either really beggining to lose it or something had been revealed. He sorta had he same feelings for her....nope, she was losing it.
She flicked through the channels searching for something to watch, the movies that were showing she had no intrest in nor the disney programs. She would have watched a nature show but that would have probably just made her hungry. So finally she settled on a music channel. She lay back and let her head dangle over the chair while the music played. She was a bit bored...and apparently losing her mind.

Anya Wolfston A Russian Princess Turning the key and shutting off the engine to her car, sitting outside Kveld's apartment. Earlier she had called her Alpha asking if he wanted to go for a hunt, but when she had shown up at his apartment, Kveld hadn't been around. Now, the Russian she-devil was back for a second time.
Getting out of the car, she walked up the stairs. Cat calls from the third level didn't even turn Anya's head as she turned onto the second level, moving toward the door with the 10 on it. Humans had a bad habit of looking at her and seeing only her hot body and tight clothes. She simply ignored them and moved on. Without even knocking, she turned the knob and sure enough, the knob turned, stating that Kveld was home.
"Oh, my big Scottish brute!" Anya called as she walked into the apartment, eyes slightly blinded by the light pouring into the living room. A new scent hit her that caused her to stop and let her eyes ajust. Aryan wasn't yipping at her, and Kveld wasn't bellowing at her for walking into his apartment unannounced. "Kveld?" she called, hearing the shower in the back ground. Stepping into the apartment, she closed the door, finally seeing the girl sitting on the futon, watching t.v. like she owned the place.
"Who the f**k are you!?" Anya growled, eyes flashing golden as her rage took over seeing a female in her Alpha's apartment. [/blockquote]

Sarah Mayburn So much more"Oh Bloody hell" Sarah said in a way jolting to the far wall of the apartment, she would have fought back but A) That would probably make Kveld angry and B) The woman just about stopped her heart when she had entered without knocking. Never mind the fact that her heart was already stopped with her been a vampire and all.
She stared at the woman while trying to keep herself as far away as possible, she didn't want to hurt the woman and she didn't want the woman to hurt her. "Um...Kveld! She yelled, not knowing if he would be able to hear her in the shower but she tried none-the-less.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Anya Wolfston A Russian Princess Having just pulled off his shirt, turned on the water, and was in the process of unbuttoning his pants and pulling them off, Kveld paused as he heard something that froze his blood . . . . . or heated it one, he wasn't sure. Sarah was calling his name. Wither the word on her lips had an erotic ring to it, or was like a death scream on a victim's lips, he wasn't sure. Instead, he burst from his bedroom, moving down the hall in close to three or four steps, only to find Sarah practically clinging to the wall and Anya, one of his werewolves, standing against his door, glaring at the young vampire.
"What 'rre ye dain' 'ear Anya?" Kveld questioned, not bothering to rebutton his pants, they weren't going anywhere, but simply showing that he wasn't wearing boxes underneath. Then he glanced over his shoulder to Sarah and slowly moved to the vampiric girl. "'Rre ye alright, lassie?" he questioned, going down to one knee, to be eye-level with her.
Anya simply stood there, mortified by the fact that her Alpha Male had a vampire staying in his living room . . . . watching t.v. as if she had been there before and it was natural. "What the hell is going on, Kveld!?" she growled, claws already lenghing as she readied herself to tear the girl from limb to limb. She watched as Kveld, who had knelt before the girl, slowly rise and turn to face her. It stopped her blood at how good that werewolf looked when he was covered in a thin layer of sweat, shirtless, and pants unbuttoned.
No one would take him from her, especially a vampire. [/blockquote]

Sarah Mayburn So much moreSarah shivered slightly. She had never really felt fear in her life, but wierdly enough this other werewolf was quite adept at planting it within her heart. Even with Kveld there she still felt quite prone to been atacked. "Um...ya" She said replying to Kveld's question, she didn't take her eyes off Anya. She didn't nottice how she had disturbed Kveld's shower. She just stood there.
It was weird though, being scared. Usually when something like this happened she would get herself out of the situation as quickly as possible but she actually didn't want to leave. She was beggining to feel slightly angry. This was a place that Sarah considered safe. Not a place where raging werewolves would just walk in without knocking. If she hadn't been so scared she probably would have attacked Anya and chased her out...but well Anya was a little bit more than a little bit stronger than her.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Anya Wolfston A Russian Princess Kveld nodded, hearing Sarah's response to his question. "ENOUGH!" he bellowed, once, watching as Anya visible shivered and calmed as Kveld spoke once. "Speak yer peace, Anya, den leave. Ye know as good as any of de pack, dat dis be me den. None shall enter, unless bidden by me," he growled, his voice lowered once more to it's level.
Any cringed as Kveld spoke so harshly to her. She couldn't remember the last time that he had raised his voice. . . . . Could it have only been a couple of weeks ago, when he had been attacked by the lone werewolves and found out she had sent them after him? That had been a close call . . . . He had nearly banished her from the pack, but it had been packlaw that had saved her.
"Alpha Kveld . . . . She's a vampire!" the Russian she-devil growled, anger flared as Kveld seemed to show such tenderness toward the vampire. "Werewolves and vamp-"
Kveld held up his hand, silencing Anya. No werewolf spoke when Kveld inturpted them, but no werewolf ever interupted Kveld. "Dis be someding dat should be talked about around de pack . . . . . Call dem. Bring dem 'ear," he ordered, slowly turning his back, ending their talk. Anya would do as he ordered. He needed to warn Sarah. "I said leave, Anya," he growled, not hearing the she-devil leaving.
Anya dipped her head to the Alpha, glaring daggers at the girl as she turned the knob and slipped from the house. She placed her hands on the railing, bending the metal, then lifting herself up and over the railings, dropping two stories before landing next to her car. Humans beware. The she-devil of Russia is pissed.
Sighing as Anya left, Kveld turned and flopped down on the futon, leaning his head back and closing his eyes, forgetting that he was baring his throat infront of a vampire, but not really even caring. He had already offered her his blood once and announced himself as her guardian. If Sarah wanted it, she could have it. "I'm sure ye have questions about what be happenin' soon," he stated, not even opening one eye. Dealing with Anya took a lot out of him. [/blockquote]

Sarah Mayburn So much more"I don't know should I?" She said sitting on the edge of the futon and looking at him curiously. He didn't fear the fact that he had his throat bared to her, and it tempted her slightly but she banished the thought. She then notticed that he was just about not dressed, "Um...you don't want to get dressed before you tell me though do you? She said trying to look at only his face and not the rest of him.
Even if she were almost ten years younger than him, she was a teenage girl and one or two...most of the things going through her mind would have been a bit embarassing for her if they were said out loud.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Turning his face to face her, he slowly opened both orbs, staring at her with deep green orbs, that could have reminded most of the wilds of the forest. "Ye should have gone wid Kindler," he purred/growled, before looking down at his body, then back at her. A soft chuckle left his lips as he lifted one hand and started to move it to her cheek, then pulled back, reminding himself that she was her mistress and very underage.
Sighing, he slowly stood and buttoned his pants. "As ye wish, Mistress Sarah," he whispered breathlessly, either like he had been running several miles . . . or like he had been doing something else. He started walking down the hall, before turning and placing a hand on the wall, leaning against it, looking at Sarah. "I can make a call tae get ye some fresh clothin'. Dey would be 'ear before de pack, and ye would have time tae change and freshen up," he offered, as the doorbell rang, announcing the arrival of the pizza. "Lunch," he growled, eyes flashing as if he would rather have the pizza guy before the pizza itself. He started moving toward the door. [/blockquote]

Sarah Mayburn So much more"Um, thanks" She said smiling slightly. She stood up and stretched slightly. "Do you think there will be enough time for me to have a shower and such? She asked thinking about the last time she had bathed. The night before.
She stared at him thinking about what he had been about to do, probably nothing along her lines of thought...but something. She was thinking about how she actually was a bit hungry, which would probably result in her been quite weak. But she wasn't about to feed on the human...and definatly not Kveld. She would just have to wait.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Renching open the door, Kveld took the pizza from the surprised pizza guy, seeing it was Jerry and simply growled. "Ye have twa hours tae get off work and be back 'ear. Spread de word," he growled, slamming the door in his face and turning to Sarah. "Ye have yer time tae shower," he stated, setting the pizza down on the dinning room table and turning to Sarah. She didn't look so good.
"Ye alright, lassie?"[/]b he questioned, thingying his head to the side and looking at her with concerned orbs. "Ye look like yer a bit weak on yer feet," he stated. [/blockquote]

Sarah Mayburn So much more"I'm Fine Kveld She said softly, Um, right clothes and stuff. I will be right back She said. Possibly while getting the clothes she could find something to hunt. She began to walk over to the door.
She turned her head to Kveld, "Seriously I am fine, no need to look so concserned" She said smiling slightly. Nobody had ever really cared this much. It felt odd having some one care. Odd but comforting.
