Arnold Kindler Something to Fear
His anger had never burned him so deeply before. It was like a raging fire that wouldn't leave him. The girl had gotten away. The insolent girl that the boy had brought to him had managed to run. He had no doubt that she was already a vampire by now. He doubted that he would be able to control himself if he found her. He would rip he apart limb by limb...then stick her back together again and make her find a replacement. He chuckled silently to himself hoping that she would be stupid enough to enter the forest. Stupid enough to be a veggie.
Sarah Mayburn so much more
Sarah slowley took a step into the forest, widening her senses so that she could smell, feel and taste the world around her. She slowley let go so that her instinct would take over so that she could hunt. Her eyes began turning pure black so that she could see well enough. Finally she was ready and she let go of her hold on her body and watched from the back of her mind as it navigated itself through the forest, searching for the scent of the animal she had chosen prior to the hunt.
Yes! She was on her way through the forest, hunting none-the-less, but still, she surged through the forest searching sightlessly for the scent that she had chosen. He closed his eyes and within a moment was in the same sort of demenoir as she was. His eyes pure black, adrenaline coursing through his veins. He was going to kill her.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part As soon as Kveld stepped into the forest, he felt at home once more. His mind shifted to take in every scent, every sight, while his body stayed human. His shirt fell by the wasteside, as he stashed it in the backpack he had brought with him, before stuffing the backpack into a hollow of a tree. His shoes, he set under the backpack, as if it was a small person sitting in the hollow, looking out at the world, taunting those who passed.
Shaking his head, and running a slightly clawed hand through his short brown hair, Kveld lifted his face to the waning moon. It would be morning soon, so he would have to make this hunt short, which meant Aryan had been left at home cause it would have taken twice as long, just to get the pup back home, along with himself.
He felt a few of his joints pop, his knees slowly trying to bend, while his spine tried to double him over, but he pushed the feelings away. A scent was drifting on the breeze that told him Sarah had entered the same woods. Growling in frustration, Kveld set out, his eyes and claws the only thing that would give him away if he came across anyone but Sarah. [/blockquote]

Slowley she stepped through the forest. She could smell him. The one who had changed her, he was coming for her. She didn't know what was going on, he was there and then she was running. A gash in her leg slowing her movements. She ran along and then bumped into the werewolf. Starting to back away she let go of her instinct and felt hot tears stain her face. She was going to die this afternoon. With a evil vampire behind her and a werewolf infront of her. She didn't let herself make a sound before quickly running and hiding in the root of a tree.
She was there, he could smelll her and yet in her place stood a werewolf. He slowley exited the forest and studdied the werewolf. what have you done with the girl, she is my kill He sincerley hoped that he would not ask questions, like why was he hunting a vampire. His anger was clearly visible in his eyes. The neverending flame that bit into his heart. It was there and because of it her would take on the world.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part One moment, he was standing still, nose slightly lifted, testing the air to see which way prey went and which way Sarah had gone, and the next, Sarah was running into him. He quickly reached for her shoulders, as if to stop her flight once more, but the next second he heard the rustling and looked over his shoulder, seeing that she was hiding in the root of a tree.
His head spun, his body slightly drawn tight as he caught the scent of a second vampire, this one slowly moving out of the trees, toward him. "What have you done with the girl, she is my kill," he asked, causing Kveld to thingy his head to the side, stepping infront of Sarah's hiding spot. "Why is a vampire hunting his own kind?" he growled, his canines slowly growing longer, while the bottom set also lenghted a bit. His eyes flashed warning gold; he wasn't backing down. [/blockquote]

Sarah stood as still as she could, trying not to let her scent blow towards his direction. She remerbered him, he was the one who had tried to turn her into lunch. She was strangely scared of him yet she knew Kveld would protect her...well she hoped it wasn't just so that he could turn on her. She didn't know if werewolves could control themselves when they were in thier werewolf form.
She is a vampire yes, but she was turned unlawfully in our terms. She is a rogue and unwelcome in vampire terms. Unless she is accepted by a clan. And she hasn't been, so...she is considered huntable...and anyway she was mine before she got away. I want her back He felt quite proud fter his small speech. He wouldn't fight if he didn't have back up. So he would run away if the werewolf lunged at him. He seemed to be getting ready for a fight already.
And anyway she would never be accepted into a clan because she is a hybrid He chuckled to himself remebering the night she had gotten away. Remembering how she had tried to use her ice-fire to defend herself. He looked into the eyes of the werewolf, his own eyes completly black like holes in his head. If you looked deep enough you could see the fire burning furiously. He wanted the girl and he wanted her NOW.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Rolling his shoulders as the male vampire spoke, Kveld listened, a slight grin breaking his rough face, causing his golden orbs to flash even brighter. "Is dat all it be takin'?" he questioned, head slightly thingyed to the side, as he listened to the older vampire talk about Sarah being a rouge and unworthy of being accepted into his vampiric clan. "De lass tae be accepted intae a clan?" he questioned.
Slowly, he glanced over his shoulder for a second, toward Sarah, before turning his gaze back on the male vampire. "What do ye say, lassie?" he asked, his voice rough and slightly growling more than speaking, causing his accent to take on a whole new tone. "Would ye accept me offer tae become part of me clan, or go tae ye death at de hands of de vampire dat made ye?" he asked, heis defience showing through his orbs. "Would ye accept me offer tae protect ye at all costs?" he asked, trying to remember if he had heard any rumors of a werewolf protecting a vampire from their own kind. [/blockquote]

She edged slightly out of the tree. A vampire been offered a part of a werewolf clan. It was odd yet it would save her life and get Arnold off her back for a while. But still, vampires and werewolves were supposed to be mortal enemies. This was a bit diffrent, but either way it was better than been part of a blood sucking vampire clan. Okay the fear had made her voice a bit horse but it was hearable.
You can't! Arnold exclaimed. it is out of the ways. Vampires and werewolves do NOT mix he put as much emotion into the not as possible. Swaying the werewolf's mind would be impossible but swaying hers would not be that hard. Girl the werewolves will only hurt you more, rather come with me. If I offered you a place in my clan would you come? Of course he wouldn't let her join his clan. The filthy hybrid deserved nothing but death.
Sarah took a step back once again. Everything was on her. I think I would rather stay with the werewolves. Anyway she had found nothing untrustable about them while the vampires. They were evil...well the few she had met. She didn't know her new-found race well enough.
Fine little girl, but remeber if I...or one of my clan even finds you alone or in someway vunarable. We WILL kill you. Expect nothing less. Arnold growled through clenched teeth beofre turning his eyes back to the werewolf. He wanted to kill the brute but he knew that they both knew Arnold would lose.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part As Sarah accepted his offer to join his clan, Kveld could only puff up his chest in pride. "Ye will be regretin' it, if ye come near de lass, vampire," he growled at the mention of the vampire male, or any other of his clan, finding her alone and killing her. "De lass be under me protection now, and none shall touch 'ear," he growled, slightly taking a step with one foot backwards, so Sarah could move up beside him and stand proudly if she wanted.
"Best be on yer way, lad," KVeld stated, slowly lifting his nose to the air, sniffing and finding sunrise was on the horizon. "Looks like de sun sill be up soon," he growled, slowly taking another step back, as if stating that nothing would happen this night, but there would be others. [/blockquote]

Sarah took a few steps forward. She was next to Kveld but also beside him. She hid from Arnold but she also stood infront of him. Tuanting him, he wouldn't come near her if he had an inch of braincells left. She noted the sun coming up, but she also saw the clouds rushing up to cover them. She could still hunt with out looking like a shining beacon.
Arnold growled threateningly at the wolf before rushing off. As he ran further away from the scene snowflakes began to fall, chillling the air. He was going back to the mansion to discuss this with the Elders and his deputy.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Watching the vampire rush off, Kveld turned to Sarah, noticing the placement of where she was standing. "Tauntin' 'im wouldnae be wise, lassie," he chuckled, slowly turning and moving back toward his backpack. With snow in the air, it was becomign a bit uncomfortable to him, walking around shirtless and shoeless. "I be headin' back tae me apartment . . . . Yer more dan welcome tae join me. We could order pizza," he stated, winking at her, hoping she would catch his drift, but doubting she would catch onto his sick sense of humor. [/blockquote]

Shaking her head she smiled No thanks Kveld She said softly. And anyway I could catch something faster than it would be delivered She knew she could if she let herself completely go. Which she would. Maybe I will see you later, want me to catch anything for you? She said thinking about it. She could just imagine herself delivering a dead roe buck to his door. Though I won't be delivering it She sniffed the air slightly as she she spoke, and just as she expected there was a small herd of buck close enough for her to know about thier presence but not for them to know about hers.

Kveld O'Connor Protect and Serve Til Death do us Part Hearing that she wouldn't be joining him for a pizza meal, Kveld simply shook his head at her offer of killing something for him. "I dink it would have tae be de other way around, lassie," he stated before moving away. "Ye know where ye can find me if ye be needin' me," he said, waving his hand over his shoulder as he ambled back to his backpack.
No, he wouldn't be going back to his apartment. He would find a nice little area and hold up on a tree branch until Sarah left the forest, just incase the male vampire returned to do good on his promise. "Thus begins a new phase in life," he growled as he pulled on his T-shirt and started his short climb up the tree. [/blockquote]

Thanks Kveld Sarah said. She turned and disapeared into the trees. She let herself go and quickly brought down the buck. When she had normal conciousness once again she lifted her head and noted that he was still close. She shook her head, wondering why one would care that much. Not even her sister who was the closest person too her would have done what he had.
She sighed and began to head deeper into the forest. She was heading towards a place where she had gone alot when she was human. She considered it 'her' place. It was a small abandoned cabin in the middle of the forest. Some parts of it seriously lacked mantanence but some one could still live in it if they wanted to. Strangely enough it even had a working shower. Well the shower and a change of cloths was the main reason she had come.
